DD STEPS is a unique “Student to Employee” program. This program is specifically designed for those brilliant minds, who are academically strong but have not been given any practical exposure. This is an holistic course concentrating on building problem solving skills, as well as management skills. The program would have 100 – 120 hours of in-person training with 2 mini projects and a capstone project. The student will enjoy problem solving, working in a team and taking on challenging situations.
